Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for wallet credit purchased from Certifone (info@certifone.com), 2020 Zahraa, Madinet Nasr, Cairo, Egypt.

01Prepaid wallet credit

Top-ups on Certifone purchase prepaid wallet credit denominated in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Credit is used to pay for confirmation messages and calls as you send them.

02Refunds for unused credit

You may request a refund of unused wallet credit within 14 days of the top-up. The refund is issued to the original payment method through Paymob and typically settles within 7–14 business days.

03Consumed credit

Credit that has already been spent on delivered messages, calls or other services is non-refundable, as the service has been rendered.

04Failed or duplicate payments

If you are charged but no credit appears, or you are charged more than once for the same top-up, contact us and we will investigate and refund any erroneous charge in full.

05How to request a refund

Email info@certifone.com or call +20 104 465 5200 with the account email and the top-up date. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
