This Privacy Policy explains what data Certifone (info@certifone.com), 2020 Zahraa, Madinet Nasr, Cairo, Egypt, collects and how it is used.

01Data we collect

We collect the account holder's name, email address and phone number, the store and order data needed to confirm orders, and basic usage and device information.

02Payments

Card payments are processed entirely by Paymob. Certifone never sees, receives or stores your card number, CVV or PIN. We store only a payment reference and the amount.

03How we use data

We use data to provide the order-confirmation service, to process top-up payments, to support you, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.

04Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service — for example Paymob for payments and the messaging/voice providers that deliver confirmations — and where required by law.

05Retention & your rights

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing info@certifone.com.
