What does a confirmation actually cost?
Exactly 1 EGP per confirmed order, WhatsApp confirmation included. If an order is cancelled or unconfirmed, you pay 0 EGP. A voice call in the ladder is 1 EGP and an SMS 0.50 EGP, whether or not the customer answers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first 10 orders are free, confirmation included, within 7 days counted from your first order. Practice chats with the AI agent are free, up to 50 a day. Live AI replies to customers come off your wallet, or cost nothing from us with your own AI provider key. No card is needed to sign up.
Can I use my own AI provider key?
Yes. Add your key from OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic or another supported provider in the dashboard. AI replies then cost 0 EGP from us, and your provider bills you for what you use.
What happens if a customer accepts a 1-Tap Upsell?
The item is added to the same order in Certifone and the courier waybill amount is updated before pickup, so the customer gets one parcel and pays one amount on delivery, with no extra shipping fee. The order on your store is flagged with what changed so your team can mirror it there.

What do Messenger and Instagram cost?
No per-message fee, because Meta doesn't charge for them. An AI reply costs the same on every channel. Messenger and Instagram open to stores once Meta approves our app. WhatsApp messages are priced at Meta's official rates, shown in EGP.
